One real cone, built as you scroll

Slower than you'd think.

Scroll, and one cone gets built, scoop by scoop, the real order a counter person stacks it in, real flavors, real colors.

One cone, four real scoops, built bottom to top, and every flavor is listed below whether you scroll or not.

Pistachio

Real pistachios, not almond-and-green-dye. Churns denser than ice cream, less air, so it melts slower than you'd expect.

Contains dairy and tree nuts.

Strawberry

Fresh strawberry puree folded in, not syrup, so the color varies a little by the week.

Contains dairy.

Lemon

Sorbet-style, no dairy, real lemon zest and juice, sharper than the milk-based scoops next to it on purpose.

Dairy-free.

Dark Chocolate

70% cocoa base, made in small batches, rotates off the counter when a batch runs out until the next one's ready.

Contains dairy, made in a kitchen that also handles peanuts.

Why it actually melts slower

Gelato is churned at a slower speed than ice cream, so less air gets whipped in. Less air means a denser scoop, and a denser scoop holds its shape longer once it's out of the case. That's the whole trick, no stabilizer gimmick.
